1. ALL TICKETS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE, INCLUDING PARTIAL INSTALMENT PAYMENTS - UNLESS LOCKDOWN HAS BEEN ANNOUNCED BY THE GOVERNMENT OR EVENT HAS TO BE CANCELLED BY ORGANISER. 

2. INSTALMENTS WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM BANK ACCOUNTS EVERY MONTH FROM THE DAY THEY ARE PURCHASED. (So if you buy one on the 3rd November, it will come out on the 3rd of each month thereafter.)

3. PLEASE KEEP UP YOUR REPAYMENTS. IF YOU DO NOT, YOU MAY BE LIABLE TO AN ADMIN FEE OF £25 PER MISSED PAYMENT.

4. IF YOU ARE HAVING DIFFICULTIES WITH THE PAYMENT METHODS, PLEASE USE A DESKTOP BROWSER RATHER THAN A DEVICE. EMAIL INFO@CLUB-INDULGE.COM IF DIFFICULTIES PERSIST.

5. PLEASE USE AN EMAIL ADDRESS YOU WILL CHECK REGULARLY AS WE WILL USE THIS TO INFORM YOU OF ANY CHANGES.

6. ROOMS MUST BE BOOKED THROUGH INDULGE IN ORDER TO JOIN ALL MEALS AND ACTIVITIES*

7. DOUBLE ROOMS FOR ONE ARE FOR SOLE USE ONLY! PLEASE DO NOT INVITE GUESTS WHO ARE NOT BIG WEEKEND TICKET HOLDERS TO STAY, OR YOU WILL BE CHARGED ACCORDINGLY. 

8. ANY EXTRA GUESTS ARE TO BE CLEARED WITH MIRANDA/CLUB INDULGE. Please give as much notice as possible so I can clear it with the hotel and do the maths.

9. PRICES IN WHITE ARE **SALE PRICES** AND WILL ONLY BE AVAILABLE UNTIL 3RD NOV. NORMAL PRICES IN BLACK.

10. Whilst at the event, please act with respect and politeness to staff and any other guests. This involves keeping adult language to a minimum in public ares and abiding by the rules of the venue.

11. No food or drink is to be brought into the swimming pool

12. ​Please do not eat outside food in public areas. i.e Don't get your Deliveroo brought to the bar when they serve food at the hotel!

13. Club Indulge is not responsible for any Big Weekender guests property or personal injury. Look after your shit and don't fall over. 

14. Club Indulge will endeavour to take care of everything you need, so we politely ask you talk to Miranda about any worries, difficulties, harassment or if you feel unhappy with the service you are receiving at the time. We have a no refund policy, so we cannot deal with any complaints retroactively 

15. HARASSMENT WILL NOT BE TOLERATED!! Club Indulge reserves the right to exclude ANYONE from Indulge events if they are found to be acting in a way which is unacceptable to the atmosphere we strive to provide.

16. If we feel there are not enough sales to ensure a high quality experience 2 months before the event, we reserve the right to cancel. In which case full refund will be provided, as well as an alternative arrangement you are welcome to participate in.

*And finally...
Yep, we know it might be cheaper to book rooms directly with the hotel, but with the Big Weekends you're not just paying for the accommodation. Tickets also include a hot buffet breakfast and 3 course dinner, as well as the Indulge activities we provide. You will also have a handy liason between you and the hotel to make sure all your needs are catered for (i.e me) and in order to enjoy the weekend with other, likeminded people, a lot of time, energy and money go into advertising and marketing the event. We hope you understand that we have worked very hard to deliver the best price possible for your experience, so ask that you book through Club Indulge. Anyone trying to join in with us who has not booked through Club Indulge will not be welcome at group activities.
